Tera-Mai ™ Reiki level I Workshop
January 30th and 31st 2010, May 8th-9th 2010
Reiki level I is the first of three levels on this journey of self-empowerment.
Over this two day intensive workshop, training will include:
· The History and Origins of Reiki
· An introduction to the Human energy system
· How to protect and balance the seven main energy centres in the body (Chakras)
· The Nature of the attunement process and the 21 day cleanse
· An initiation into level I Reiki
· Meditation
· Sensing and working with energy
· Self-healing
· Healing techniques when working with family and friends
Following the training weekend, participants will be required to complete a journal and an optional four case studies on family members or friends which will help to track their progress.
Investment €225 ( deposit of €75 will secure a place)
Investment includes a light lunch and refreshments.

Tera-Mai™ Reiki Level II Workshop
March 20th and 21st 2010
Reiki level II is the second of three levels into Reiki. Initiation into level II enables the participant to practice at a professional level if they so wish.
Over this two day intensive workshop, training will include:
· Initiation into level II Reiki
· The teaching and drawing of the Sacred Symbols
· The giving and receiving of healing
· Sending distant healing to persons, places or situations
· Activating the Reiki Box for distant healing
· Meditation
· Codes of ethics when healing
· How to manage and protect your energy when working with clients.
· An additional initiation into the Violet Flame
Following completion of the course, participants must complete eight case studies using four different people. These must be documented in a confidential manner at a Reiki share meeting with the group.
Investment is €325 ( deposit of €75) will secure a place.
Investment includes level II Practitoner certificate, course manuals and a light lunch and refreshments.
